Job summary

Solid Rock Recruiting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee large commercial drywall and load-bearing framing programs in the Northwest Atlanta area. You will manage mid-rise multifamily and hospitality projects from preconstruction through turnover, coordinating with general contractors, field leadership, and vendors to protect scope and margin.

The ideal candidate has five or more years of commercial drywall PM experience, strong budgeting and scheduling skills, and a proven ability

Qualifications

• Five or more years of commercial drywall project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of drywall, metal framing, and load-bearing framing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project forecasting.
• Proven ability to coordinate with general contractors, field teams, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage large commercial drywall and framing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee mid-rise multifamily and hospitality projects with load-bearing framing scopes.
• Review contracts, plans, specifications, estimates, scopes, and requirements.
• Coordinate turnover from estimating to operations and procurement.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, labor plans, and material forecasts.
• Lead closeout activities, including final billing and collection efforts.
