Zusammenfassung

EC Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead the project team and drive successful outcomes on multiple commercial electrical projects.

You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion while cultivating long-term client relationships and pursuing new opportunities. The role requires extensive coordination with General Contractors, vendors, and internal teams, with a focus on budget adherence, scheduling, and risk management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial electrical construction with multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong financial and contract management expertise including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, change orders and claims resolution.
• Proven ability to collaborate with GC's, subcontractors, vendors and owners to deliver client service.
• Knowledge of scheduling and project controls (resource-loaded schedules, look-ahead planning, project forecasting).
• Estimating and procurement experience including turnover, purchasing materials and bid opportunities.
• Leadership and mentoring experience for assistant PMs and field staff.

• Manage financial targets and quality standards across multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop and communicate project execution plans; maintain proper project documentation and controls.
• Review estimates and turnover with Estimating; procure electrical projects in a competitive market.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction and safety across the project.
• Coordinate owner/GC weekly meetings and ensure open communications.
