Jobot is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Phoenix to lead high-profile healthcare, education, mission‑critical and commercial projects. You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout, guiding PM teams and coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, incl 4+ years as PM/Senior PM
• Track record delivering projects in the $10M-$50M+ range
• CMAR, design-build and negotiated GMP experience
• Experience in healthcare, education, data centers or critical environments, aviation, multifamily or senior living
• Strong financial, contract and schedule management skills
• Procore, P6 or MS Project, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred
• OSHA 30 and LEED AP a plus

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects out of our Phoenix headquarters. You’ll own projects from preconstruction through closeout across healthcare, education, critical environments, aviation, multifamily and hospitality, industrial, office and retail, and municipal work, and you’ll lead the project team that delivers them.

What you’ll do

• Lead commercial projects from preconstruction and GMP development through construction, commissioning, closeout and warranty
• Lead and develop project teams of PMs, APMs and project engineers
• Be the main point of contact for owners, architects, engineers and trade partners

What you bring

• A track record delivering projects in the $10M-$50M+ range
• CMAR, design‑build and negotiated GMP experience
• Experience in at least one of: healthcare, education, data centers or critical environments, aviation, multifamily or senior living
• Strong financial, contract and schedule management skills
• Proficiency with Procore, P6 or MS Project, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
• A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field preferred
• OSHA 30 and LEED AP a plus
