Job summary

Elsdon Group, a well-established General Contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from start to finish. This role oversees budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs and submittals, partnering with owners, architects, subcontractors and vendors to deliver ground-up and renovation projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor.
• Proven experience managing ground-up and/or renovation commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, budgets, schedules and project delivery.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial construction projects.
• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts and overall performance.
• Lead communication with owners, architects, subcontractors and vendors.
• Review plans, specifications, scopes and contract documents.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Work closely with the Superintendent and project team to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and senior management.
• Mentor and support Project Managers, APMs and Project Engineers where required.
