Job summary

3i is seeking a Superintendent to lead commercial and public-sector field operations in the Dallas area. You will own daily site activities, coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and uphold safety and quality from mobilization through closeout.

You will partner with the Project Manager to develop baseline plans, oversee look-ahead schedules, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining rigorous safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial construction experience with supervisory or superintendent-level leadership.
• Active OSHA 30 certification and Procore Project Management license.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to local project sites.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily on-site construction activities, field personnel, and trade partners to ensure work complies with plans, specs, and codes.
• Manage mobilization, access, laydown, site logistics, and safety to maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
• Enforce a safety-first culture with daily safety briefings and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to create baseline plans and manage weekly look‑ahead schedules.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain audit-ready daily reports until final occupancy.
