Job summary

Commonwealth Building seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large commercial construction programs from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage scope, schedule, cost, and client relationships while guiding project teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and a track record of delivering complex retail, restaurant, and corporate builds. Proficiency with Procore, Sage 300, and MS Project is preferred, with a focus on safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Manage client relationships, schedules, budgets, and team leadership.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and field staff throughout projects.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time project completion.
