Job summary

EDC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a wide range of commercial construction projects across the United States. You will lead a project team, manage budgets, and collaborate closely with the preconstruction department to shape project scopes and timelines.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and proficiency with Procore and Sage 300.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Sage 300).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a project team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project financials including budgets and costs.
• Collaborate with preconstruction during the pre-bid phase to shape scopes and timelines.
• Monitor progress and provide updates on timelines and budget status.
• Utilize industry tools to track milestones, documentation, and communication.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure safety standards, building codes, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
