Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Planning, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience managing projects, client relationships, teams or professional services engagements.
• Licenses such as PE/PLS or professional planner preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management principles including scope, schedule, budgets, and client expectations.
• Experience supervising and developing professional staff, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects from planning through completion.
• Establish project schedules, budgets, and staffing in coordination with leadership.
• Coordinate resources across project managers and production staff.
• Serve as liaison between senior leadership, clients, and project teams.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure project delivery on time and within budget.
• Support business development and contribute to proposals and presentations.
