Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Planning or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience managing projects, client relationships, teams, or professional services engagements.
• Professional licensure (PE/PLS/Planner) preferred or applicable license.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent projects from initial planning through completion.
• Establish project schedules, priorities, budgets, and staffing in coordination with leadership.
• Coordinate and allocate resources across project teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Serve as liaison between senior leadership, management, and production teams.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate project status, schedules, budgets, and issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
• Assist with initial project scoping, proposals, fee development, and job costing.
