Job summary

You will manage the full project lifecycle, from planning to closeout, ensuring quality and fiscal responsibility while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and team leadership, guiding a responsive, collaborative Site/Civil group in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Licensed PE in Arizona or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Experience managing engineering/construction projects of relevant scope and complexity.
• 10+ years’ experience in their area of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes project activities including scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
• Manages project team and assigns responsibilities to ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinates with authorities for code compliance and permits.
• Monitors progress, communicates with client, and ensures project profitability.
• Maintains client relationships and supports business development.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

Licensed PE in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain upon hire

Experience managing engineering/construction projects of relevant scope and complexity

10+ years’ experience in their area of expertise
