Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in relevant state(s).
• Minimum 8 years of engineering and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal client contact and nurture long-term partnerships.
• Lead planning, execution and delivery of multiple complex projects with quality, schedule, and budget control.
• Develop and negotiate project scopes, budgets, schedules, proposals, and contracts.
