Shirley Contracting Company, LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead diverse construction projects in the Greater Richmond area. The role requires strong management of schedules, budgets and resources, with a focus on safety and contractor coordination.

The candidate should have 5+ years in construction management, excellent communication, and leadership skills. A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, supervise and coordinate all aspects of a wide range of construction projects to ensure that deadlines and budgets are met.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Determine needed resources from start to finish with attention to schedule and budget details.
• Supervise a team of Engineers, Interns, and other members of the team and provide guidance as needed.
• Ensure the company’s health and safety culture, policies and requirements are met.
• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with customer and co-workers.

Applicants must be 18 years of age and currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis in order to be considered.

For this role the base salary range is $100,000-160,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
