Job summary

McKinstry in Seattle, WA seeks a Senior Project Manager – Change Management to lead complex, enterprise-wide projects from initiation to adoption. You’ll blend disciplined project management with practical change strategies to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Partner with executives, HR, IT, and operations to drive adoption, governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement, ensuring value realization and sustained change across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience leading complex projects or change initiatives.
• Experience delivering cross-functional work in a large, complex, evolving organization.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable project and change plans.
• Strong stakeholder analysis, communications, training, adoption measurement.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and manage governance.
• Bachelor's degree and PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple enterprise-wide projects from initiation through closure with scope, milestones, budgets, dependencies, and decision rights.
• Translate strategic priorities into executable project plans and maintain delivery accountability.
• Assess organizational impacts and develop adoption strategies with stakeholder engagement, training, and communication.
• Partner with business owners to measure adoption, monitor readiness, and adjust interventions for sustained change.
• Build governance structures and provide concise reporting on progress, risks, decisions, and benefits.
