Job summary

PNC is seeking a Project Manager II within its Enterprise Change Management organization. The role may be based in Pittsburgh, PA or a hub location, in-office.

The candidate will manage complex projects from concept through implementation and post-project assessment, coordinating resources, budgets, and milestones to meet objectives. With typical project sizes around or above $2.5M, responsibilities include communicating with stakeholders, forecasting trends, and proactively handling scope

Qualifications

• University/college degree required; 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certs, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept through implementation and post-project assessment.
• Ensure project objectives are met within established timeframes.
• Coordinate resources, draft budgets, and plan milestones for projects typically $2.5M+.
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders; monitor progress and forecast trends.
• Proactively manage scope changes and develop contingency plans.
