PNC is seeking a Project Manager II to join its Enterprise Change Management team. Based in Pittsburgh or hub locations, you will lead projects from concept through implementation, coordinating resources and stakeholders to achieve on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will manage budgets up to multi‑million dollars, forecast risks, and communicate progress to executive sponsors while ensuring alignment with enterprise risk and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• University degree required, typically a Bachelor's.
• Experience managing projects with budgets up to multi‑million dollars.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept through final implementation and post‑project assessment.
• Draft budgets and allocate resources; track milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal liaisons to acquire resources and supervise team members.
• Report progress and forecast risks; manage scope changes and contingency plans.
• Communicate expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders.
