Job summary

Titan America is seeking a Procurement Manager for Roanoke Cement in Kentucky. You will lead site-level procurement activities, partner with plant leadership, and drive supplier performance and cost efficiency. The role requires managing a small team and aligning sourcing with capital projects and outages.

The position emphasizes SOX compliance, SAP-based processes, and continuous improvement in procurement and inventory management within a heavy industry setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years of procurement or supply chain experience in industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Experience leading procurement teams in a plant or site-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level procurement activities to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials, spare parts, and services.
• Partner with Plant Manager and leadership to align sourcing strategies with operational priorities.
• Coach and develop a small team of 1–2 procurement professionals.
• Support Safety and Sustainability initiatives in the workplace.
• Identify and deliver cost savings and vendor optimization opportunities.
