• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 15+ years of leadership in commercial design and construction projects.
• Experience delivering capital improvements and tenant installations in occupied properties.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple capital improvement and TI projects from scope through closeout.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee safety, compliance, and quality controls across diverse project types.
• Provide mentorship and direction to project management staff.
