Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Design Group is seeking a Project Manager in Columbia, MD to lead complex capital projects for manufacturing clients. You will work with a team of industry experts to plan, engineer, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet client goals and regulatory expectations.

The role requires 10+ years of project engineering or PM experience in packaging, processing, automation, or Life Science, a BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, and a PE license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project engineering, design engineering, or Project Management experience in packaging, processing, automation, or Life Science applications.
• Bachelor of Science – Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and strategies to guide capital projects.
• Manage project resources, budgets and forecasting to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee schedule management and project engineering, integration, start-up, and closure.
• Maintain and grow solid client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
