Job summary

Barry-Wehmiller Design Group seeks a Project Manager to lead capital projects for pharmaceutical, biotech, and industrial clients. You will manage design and construction activities, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and drive project success through lifecycle stages from concept to start-up.

The role requires strong communication, budget control, and scheduling skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Eight years of project management and engineering experience on capital projects.
• Experience executing design development, coordination, and construction administration.
• Knowledge of various engineering disciplines including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility MEP design/build and design/bid/build projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, designers, and other professionals.
• Lead project execution from concept to start-up and manage scope, budget, and schedule.
• Prepare plans, specifications, and contract documents; manage changes and risk.
• Communicate with clients and ensure alignment with AHJs and codes.
• Support proposals and sales presentations; develop client relationships.
