Qualifications

• 15+ years experience as a project manager.
• Experience in chemical plant projects.
• Strong communication and leadership.
• Proficient in MS Project and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead capital projects for the plant.
• Ensure EHS and security performance excellence.
• Follow 1KCP capital execution process.
• Determine resources required for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Lead project team to achieve scope, milestones, cost, quality.
• Prepare scope definitions and customer/Stakeholder acceptance.
• Develop Project Execution and Construction Plans.
• Prepare RFPs and bid analyses with procurement.
• Manage scope changes with client authorization.
• Track scope, schedule, cost, and quality using MS Project/Excel.
• Conduct regular project meetings and updates.
