Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience
• Experience handling complex technical projects
• Forecasting experience across multiple projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborates effectively with plant engineering and maintenance teams
• Willing to travel to other plant locations as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead capital projects for the plant
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule, cost and quality
• Create project execution and construction plans
• Prepare RFPs and manage bid analyses
• Maintain scope, schedule and cost trends with project tools
• Lead regular project meetings and stakeholder communications
