Job summary
Kraton Corporation is seeking an experienced Operations leader for its Panama City, Florida facility. You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency across production, coordinating with Supply Chain and Business teams to meet performance targets.
With 10+ years in chemical manufacturing and a strong background in union environments, you will guide engineers, supervisors, and hourly staff while managing budgets and implementing process improvements for sustainable results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Master's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant chemical manufacturing experience.
- Experience with unionized workforces and strong people leadership.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and quality standards.
- Drive production throughput, product quality, and cost control.
- Lead, coach, and develop engineers, supervisors, and hourly staff.
- Coordinate across Production, Operations, Business, and Supply Chain to meet targets.
- Implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives and report KPIs.
