Job summary
Kraton Corporation is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead capital projects at our Panama City, Florida plant. You will drive scope, safety, and performance across cost and schedule, coordinating with engineering, maintenance, and leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years of project management in chemical environments, strong communications, and experience with SAP/ERP and MS Project. This role offers a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical engineering required.
- 7+ years of project management experience as a project manager.
- PMP certification highly recommended.
- Experience leading capital projects in a chemical plant environment.
Responsibilities
- Manages and leads capital projects for the plant.
- Ensures safety, quality, and schedule performance.
- Develops project execution and construction plans.
- Prepares RFPs and analyzes bids with procurement.
- Maintains scope, schedule, cost, and quality trends.
