The Senior Project Manager manages large, complex projects from design through construction and closeout, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and operations staff. Responsibilities include:
This role reports to the Assistant Director of Capital Projects and manages multiple projects with budgets ranging from $5K to $50M. The incumbent coordinates design issues with various university departments and manages project teams of 5-20 members, ensuring contractor and consultant accountability.
