Martin Marietta is seeking a Senior Project Manager to design and manage large capital projects for aggregate processing plants and rail/marine distribution facilities. Location options include Raleigh, Greensboro, Charlotte, or Atlanta, with frequent East Coast travel.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 5+ years in the field, and strong project-management skills. PE and PMP are preferred. Experience with Aggflow, Belt Analyst, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mining, civil, or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in aggregate processing, bulk material handling, and construction management.
• PE license and PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with processing systems including conveyors, screens, crushers, pumping systems, and material washing systems.
• Experience reading detailed engineering drawings and providing oversight for concrete installation and steel fabrication.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage complex capital projects from conception to completion.
• Prepare bid documents, review bids and recommend vendor selection.
• Coordinate mechanical and civil installation with engineering and installation groups.
• Plan, design, and estimate project schedule and cost for EPC capital projects.
• Manage multiple projects across the East Division area and ensure safety/compliance.
• Oversee QA/QC inspections and commissioning.
