Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or related field with at least 4 years of PM experience, or Bachelor's with 8+ years PM experience.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, active listening and facilitation skills.
• Experience managing, executing, and sustaining major change initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete large-scale projects.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to disseminate information effectively.
• Advanced experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex innovation initiatives and industry partnerships across multiple units.
• Define opportunities, objectives, value propositions, and success measures with executive sponsors.
• Guide teams through ambiguity, manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate governance, resources, and stakeholder commitments to deliver on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance strategic aims and partnerships.
• Facilitate pilots, due diligence, and collaborative work plans as appropriate.
