The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of cancer innovation initiatives and strategic industry partnerships within the Center for Cancer Innovation (CCI). You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, budgets, risks, and governance, and translate opportunities into actionable plans across internal units and external partners.

Travel to James and OSU Medical Complex sites and sponsor locations may be required; typical hours

Competenze

Master’s degree and 4+ years of PM experience, or a Bachelor’s with 8+ years.
PMP certification strongly preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, active listening and facilitation skills.
Experience managing, executing, and sustaining major change initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to initiate and complete large-scale projects.
Excellent writing skills and the ability to disseminate information effectively.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) and SharePoint.
Experience supporting strategic partnerships, external collaborations, business development, or industry-sponsored initiatives in healthcare/research environments preferred.
Understanding of oncology clinical research preferred.
