Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of project management experience; certification preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and facilitation skills.
Ability to initiate and complete projects.
Advanced MS Office, Visio, Projects, SmartSheet, and SharePoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and track status on large or special projects with hospital leadership and external entities.
Coordinate with leadership to develop operational project plans and manage day-to-day execution.
Communicate project expectations to internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
Organize and manage teams, develop schedules, manage issues, risks, costs, scope, and documentation.
