Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Miramar, FL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate multiple HVAC controls projects with budgets ranging from $250K to $7M. You will manage project scope, schedules, subcontractors, billing, and overall customer satisfaction.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead sub-projects, review specifications, develop and maintain schedules, and ensure compliance with safety policies. 3+ years of PM experience and HVAC background preferred.

Qualifications

• Must work in a team environment providing dedicated support to customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical experience in the HVAC controls industry.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects.
• Knowledge of HVAC applications; read MEP drawings, specs; electrical, network and control wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet protocols.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and eligible for Siemens' fleet program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the execution of project plans for sub-projects.
• Deliver results for process steps and guide staff.
• Act as a functional resource on projects or programs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement plans.
• Maintain client relationships and manage multiple projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and budgeting activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and needs.
• Review plans, specs and cost reviews; support billing coordination.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
