Job summary

Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate HVAC-focused projects in the Miramar, FL area. You will oversee multiple projects of small to medium complexity, with financial impact between $250K and $7M, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time delivery.

You will guide technical staff, manage scheduling, procurement, and subcontractors, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Must work in a team environment providing dedicated support to our customers.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Technical experience in the HVAC controls industry.
• 3+ years of experience managing projects.
• Knowledge and understanding of HVAC industry applications; ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications, and electrical, network, and control wiring diagrams.
• Knowledge of industry-standard communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, and BACnet.
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with limited violations; must meet eligibility requirements to participate in Siemens’ fleet vehicle program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver multiple, simultaneous projects of small to medium complexity with financial impact between $250K and $7M.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate needs with the project team.
• Manage subcontractors and procurement; review plans and costs.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist Operations Manager with subcontractor contracting and project documentation.
• Track resources and project progress; pursue change-order opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and pursue project-specific billing with Accounting.
