Job summary

Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Brooklyn Jail Project in Brooklyn, NY. You will oversee commercial and/or residential building construction from initiation to completion, coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in CM/CE/Arch, 8+ years construction PM experience, and PMP/OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
8+ years of progressive experience in construction project management.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with codes and standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
Supervise site personnel and support field operations to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain strong client relationships and serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the lifecycle.
Conduct regular site visits, safety audits, and status meetings; manage cost tracking and change orders.
