Branch Builds, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for heavy civil and bridge construction in the Raleigh area. You will work closely with the project superintendent to ensure direction, completion, and financial success of assigned projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10–15 years of Project Management experience on site work with projects over $50M+.
• Experience using P6 scheduling software, MRS Project, Vista; MS Office and Procore.
• Must have Project Manager experience running multiple projects at one time.
• Has managed multiple site projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as authority on contract between owner, subs, and company to ensure effective project administration.
• Manage all aspects of the project’s contract management, planning, scheduling, budget, quality, safety, and employee development.
• Oversee profit margins and all financial aspects of assigned construction project(s).
• Assist in timely drafting and execution of subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Review and approve monthly subcontractor pay requisitions.
• Oversee schedule development and updates with project staff.
• Prepare and review payment requisitions and report project financial status monthly.
• Develop plan and schedule with Superintendent to meet project goals.
• Develop new business opportunities and foster owner relationships.
