Job summary

TriState Capital Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from origination to finalization in alignment with bank procedures. You will coordinate internal and external resources, manage scope, schedule, and cost, and ensure successful delivery of projects that meet business objectives.

The role requires 7–10 years of technology project management experience, supervisory experience, and a PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-10 years technology project management experience.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred.
• 5 years banking or financial industry experience a plus.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manages 4-5 enterprise projects, guiding lifecycle.
• Manages changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Measures project performance using appropriate tools.
• Holds periodic project stand-ups and status meetings.
• Completes project status reports and escalates as needed.
• Maintains projects in PMO system.
• Defines project scope, requirements, and objectives with stakeholders.
• Ensures resource availability and coordinates internal/external resources.
• Develops project plans to monitor progress.
• Performs risk management to minimize risk.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties and vendors, and manages client relationships.
• Creates and maintains project documentation.
• Develops templates in the bank's PMO system.
• Mentors team to PMO standards.
