Job summary

City National Bank seeks a Project Manager IV to plan, execute, and finalize bank projects within defined timelines and budgets. You will coordinate resources, manage milestones, and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality results.

The role requires extensive project leadership experience, mortgage domain knowledge, and Salesforce project background, with adherence to CNB methodologies and regulatory requirements. On-site work in Phoenix is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 10 years project management experience.
• Minimum 7 years project manager or equivalent consulting experience with strong strategic management and planning expertise
• Minimum 5 years experience managing complex projects involving a large team.
• Minimum 5 years Mortgage
• Minimum 3 Years experience with Salesforce related projects

Responsibilities

• Assembles project team, assigns responsibilities, identifies resources, and develops schedule for timely completion.
• Participates in meetings to identify goals and gain consensus on steps, schedule and procedures.
• Interviews colleagues/clients to identify needs; develops project plan and inputs recommendations.
• Identifies internal/external resources to ensure successful completion.
• Monitors development activities relating to objectives, budget, quality and schedule.
• Manages several projects concurrently across departments.
• Prepares project status reports; adjusts plans as needed.
• Maintains relationships with colleagues/clients to support customer service levels.
• Complies with Bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Completes all required training.
