Job summary

City National Bank seeks a Project Manager IV to plan, execute, and finalize bank projects within timelines and budget. You will assemble teams, define objectives, and coordinate across departments while ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

The role requires extensive PM experience, banking knowledge, and Salesforce involvement. Competitive base salary with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits, located in Los Angeles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years project management experience.
• 7+ years project management or equivalent consulting experience with strong strategic management and planning expertise.
• 5+ years managing complex projects involving a large team.
• 5+ years banking or financial industry experience.
• 5+ years experience in Treasury Services/Cash Management.
• 3+ years experience with Salesforce projects.

Responsibilities

• Assembles project team, assigns responsibilities, identifies resources, and develops schedule for timely completion.
• Participates in meetings to define goals, schedule, and implementation procedures; fosters cooperation.
• Interviews colleagues/clients to identify needs and develops project plan with recommendations.
• Identifies internal/external resources to ensure project success.
• Monitors development activities to meet objectives, budget, quality, and schedule.
• Manages multiple projects concurrently and coordinates with multiple departments/divisions.
• Prepares project status reports and adjusts plans as needed.
• Maintains strong relationships with colleagues/clients to support service levels; acts as business partner.
• Complies with Bank policies, regulatory requirements, and completes required training.
