Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Project Manager IV to plan, execute, and finalize bank projects on time and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, align with the CNB lifecycle methodology, and manage multiple priorities across departments.

Responsibilities include assembling teams, coordinating resources, monitoring progress, and delivering high-quality results while maintaining strong client relations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years project manager experience.
• Minimum 7 years project manager or equivalent consulting experience with strong strategic management and planning expertise.
• Minimum 5 years experience managing complex projects involving a large team.

Responsibilities

• Assembles project team, assigns responsibilities, identifies resources, and develops schedule for timely completion.
• Participates in meetings to identify goals and gain consensus on steps, schedule and implementation.
• Interviews colleagues/clients to identify needs and develops project plan with recommendations.
• Identifies internal/external resources to ensure project completion.
• Monitors development activities relating to meeting objectives, budget, quality, and schedule.
• Prepares status reports and adjusts plans as needed.
• Maintains relationships with colleagues/clients to support customer service levels and acts as business partner.
• Complies with all bank policies and regulatory requirements.
