City National Bank is seeking a Project Manager IV in Los Angeles to lead strategic bank projects through planning, execution and close. You will assemble teams, manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholders while adhering to CNB's PM Lifecycle methodology.

You should have a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years PM experience including large teams, mortgage projects, and Salesforce project experience; PMP preferred. The role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years project manager experience.
• 7 years project manager or equivalent consulting experience with strong strategic management and planning expertise.
• 5 years experience managing complex projects involving a large team.
• 5 years Mortgage.
• 3 Years experience with Salesforce related projects.

Responsibilities

• Assembles project team, assigns responsibilities and develops schedule to ensure timely completion.
• Participates in meetings to identify goals and gain consensus on steps, schedule and procedures.
• Interviews colleagues/clients to identify needs and develops project plan.
• Identifies internal/external resources for project completion.
• Monitors activities to meet objectives, budget, quality, and schedule.
• Manages multiple projects across departments and divisions.
• Prepares status reports and updates plan as needed.
• Builds relationships with colleagues/clients to support customer service levels.
