Williams Controls Inc., a Curtiss-Wright business unit, in Portland, OR, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead automotive projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver on schedule and budget.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage milestones, report progress to senior leadership, and identify process improvements to reduce waste and accelerate product development.

Formación

• Five to ten years of experience in a senior project management role in automotive or manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
• Solid project management skills with proven leadership to guide teams.
• Exposure to cross-functional team product development is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate project deliverables to meet milestones.
• Facilitate regular CFT project meetings to review schedule, status, and risks.
• Provide regular status reports to executives outlining schedule, revenue impacts, and program issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce lag time in projects.
• Communicate effectively across Design, Materials, Production, QA and Sales on project issues.
