Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our Land Development team in Newark, Delaware. You will lead design and management of land development and water resources projects from planning through permitting and construction document preparation.

You will work directly with clients, mentor staff, and help drive business growth while shaping the future of the practice. A PE license and 8+ years of experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of private land development experience, including site design, roadway design, permitting, erosion and sediment control (ESC), and stormwater management (SWM).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Proven project management and client relationship experience
• Business development experience with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
• Proficiency with AutoCAD; Civil 3D preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
