Job summary

PGAL is seeking a Project Architect/ Designer to join our Dallas studio. The ideal candidate will contribute to design development and construction documents, manage projects, and lead teams through fast-paced delivery. A degree in architecture and licensure progress in Texas are essential.

The role emphasizes collaboration, client coordination, and strong communication across disciplines to deliver high-quality public and private sector projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university required.
• U.S. Architectural license or in the process of obtaining registration in Texas.
• Must be able to manage and produce documents on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Utilize strong production and design skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on multiple projects in varying stages, both individually and as part of a project team.
• Responsibilities include all phases of design documentation through construction administration, production of construction documents utilizing REVIT, project management and client, consultant and team management.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team.
• Effectively demonstrate technical detailing and problem-solving skills on complex project types.
• Be a technical resource for project teams in a collaborative studio environment; Ability to successfully lead teams to meet project objectives.
