Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager with 10+ years in architectural practice.
• Licensed architect preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design development from concept to construction documents.
• Coordinate complex projects and manage schedule, budget, and quality.
• Mentor team members and present to clients.
• Maintain client communications and manage site visits.
• Support construction administration during delivery.
