Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Manager for our Anchorage, Alaska office to lead multidisciplinary project teams within the Power sector. You will oversee all phases of development, develop scopes, estimates, and schedules, and implement QA/QC procedures to ensure quality results.

You will coordinate internal tasks and external subconsultants, serve as the main client contact, and maintain strong relationships to meet or exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with various design teams and strong organizational, PM, and communication skills.
• Active participant in our employee‑owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver projects.
• Oversee all phases of project development within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and review scopes of work, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Implement QA/QC procedures to ensure quality outputs.
• Coordinate internal tasks and manage external subconsultants.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
