Job summary

eZone staffing LLC seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee airport baggage handling system installation projects in Indiana. The role requires strong background in airport or general construction, project management, team supervision, and coordination with customers, subcontractors, and airport authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in general or airport construction.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager, Field Superintendent, or equivalent.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• PMP certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage baggage handling system installation projects from planning through completion.
• Ensure projects meet schedules, budgets, contract requirements, and quality standards.
• Coordinate engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, construction, and installation activities.
• Supervise project teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, billing, and subcontractor performance.
• Maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, change orders, and progress reports.
• Coordinate material deliveries and site activities to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with airport regulations, building codes, and safety requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, airlines, contractors, and airport authorities.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop project plans and procedures.
