Qualifications
- 8+ years in project management, implementation, or program delivery in a customer-facing tech environment.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise SaaS, software implementation, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder environments across multiple teams and seniority levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise government implementations across Canada and North America.
- Be the primary delivery contact for government customers and partners.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable delivery plans with Product, Engineering, and Success teams.
- Drive governance meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
- Own project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes.
