Job summary

Canadian Solar is seeking a senior AI leader to drive enterprise AI architecture, platforms, and governance across global operations. You will design scalable AI systems, copilots, and automation, partnering with executives to align AI initiatives with business priorities.

The role requires hands-on AI/ML delivery, cloud expertise, and experience in large multinational settings, with preference for candidates near an office hub in North America.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software engineering, solution architecture, AI/ML engineering, or related leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI architecture standards, frameworks, and governance
• Design scalable AI platforms supporting Generative AI, Agentic AI, ML, and analytics
• Lead end-to-end design and deployment of enterprise AI solutions and automation
• Architect AI copilots, knowledge assistants, and workflow automation
• Integrate AI into enterprise apps like Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce
• Lead GenAI deployments using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services
• Design RAG, vector DBs, and prompt engineering for knowledge management
• Collaborate with data engineering to build scalable ML pipelines and data architectures
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps with CI/CD, monitoring, and governance
• Ensure security, reliability, and cloud deployments across Azure, AWS, Google Cloud
