Job summary

Ursa Major is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex defense and aerospace initiatives. You will drive projects from initiation through closure, coordinating engineering, operations, and leadership teams while maintaining schedule, budget, and performance metrics.

Applicants should have 5+ years in technical project management, ITAR/EAR experience, and a proven ability to translate requirements into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience in defense/aerospace.
• Ability to comply with ITAR/EAR regulations and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closure with cross-functional teams.
• Define objectives, metrics, and resource needs.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and KR reporting.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and executive reviews.
• Identify risks and drive mitigation and improvements.
