Ursa Major is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and accelerate customer requirements, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires guiding cross-functional teams and managing budgets, schedules, and KR performance while coordinating with the customer and government contracts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of program management or aerospace leadership.
• Ability to work under ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Proven experience leading teams to field integrated products.
• Adaptive and collaborative, willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow.

Responsibilities

• Drives program progress from market need through sustainment and obsolescence.
• Manages customer relationship and ensures customer satisfaction.
• Defines program objectives and aligns resources to execute.
• Manages program budget, schedule, and Key Results (KRs) and reports on program health.
• Owns program schedule and integrates inputs across the company.
• Assesses technical and program risks and mitigates risks; realizes opportunities.
• Identifies and helps realize program or product opportunities to strengthen the business.
• Drives technical and operational objectives while delivering on-time results.
• Serves as primary customer POC and leads contract deliverables preparation.
