Job summary

Intuitive is a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care. The Project Manager – Advanced Tissue Models will lead cross-functional teams to drive new ATM products from development through go-to-market, coordinating across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Training to meet schedule and budget goals.

• Experience leading complex projects in medical device or clinical settings.
• Proven ability to oversee NPD through Design Controls and support product launches.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams for NPD and product revisions, delivering on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and monitor project plans, budgets, and dashboards; coordinate phase-gate reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to align goals and timelines.
• Support go-to-market activities and post-launch activities; communicate risks and mitigations clearly.
