Job summary

Henkel is seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead cross-functional initiatives across Adhesive Technologies, focusing on product line reviews, retailer partnerships, and channel activation. You will coordinate with customers like The Home Depot, Walmart and Lowe's to deliver end-to-end programs.

You will manage events, commercialization of new launches, and a disciplined PMO to drive execution. A business or related degree and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Five+ years of experience in project management, trade marketing, category management or related discipline.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organization, communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with The Home Depot, Walmart, and Lowe's.
• Experience supporting Product Line Reviews or retailer line reviews.
• Experience in consumer goods, adhesives, building materials, home improvement or retail.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors and event partners.
• Project management certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of annual Product Line Reviews and retailer line review processes for major retailers.
• Own planning and execution governance for customer-facing events and trade activities.
• Drive cross-functional commercialization for strategic new product launches.
• Lead planning and execution for the annual channel and customer activation calendar.
• Establish simple, disciplined PMO practices to improve transparency and execution.
