Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of professional experience required.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills required.
• Strong project planning, scoping and management skills required.
• Knowledge of business processes, design and process flow preferred.
• Client facing consulting and project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary client contact for questions, progress, and issues.
• Delivers advanced client solutions and ensures high-quality deliverables.
• Manages engagement budgets, scope, and pricing adjustments.
• Prepares timely billings and manages realization adjustments.
• Identifies new business opportunities and communicates to engagement leaders.
• Drafts proposals and reports; supports marketing and business development.
